Spring has finally arrived. There were a few false starts but now we can see the signs of spring throughout the yard. As the sun was setting Terry took a photo of our dwarf cherry tree. I wanted to take the photo earlier today but the wind gusts were a little too strong, The Day Lilies surrounding the bench are beginning to look promising as are the rest of the flowers along the front of the house.
The Fern-leafed Peony has a few buds that are almost ready to open. The plant looks better than the photo I took on Palm Sunday. Next post will show the Viburnum in the back yard that is beginning to bloom. I wish I could include its fragrance too.
