People have been growing their own vegetables, with success, for many years. How hard can it be? Well, number one - I don't like weeding. We had a garden off and on while I was growing up and I got to use the hoe to eradicate those pesky weeds. Not fun!
We will start small. A raised bed along the garage for tomatoes. The Marigolds are supposed to help keep insects from destroying crops. I think they stink but Terry likes the smell so we planted Marigolds. So much for our first try at gardening.
